Nicole Kilpatrick is part of a synth pop band called stepping on violets who have been writing and releasing music since 2021. Nicole has had experience as a tour manager with UWS Euro Gig and as an artist liaison through a partnership with BBC introducing at Ayrshire college. Nicole is part of the Damfino management team, her Job is to support deadlines, dealing with budgets and leasing with UWS Marketing/protecting the brand alongside Lilly Connell

Hi! I’m Lily and i’m one of the managers for Damfino. I have a background in Fashion Design and Art, so I am very excited to be involved in the creative production side of the label. I’m a huge fan of the output from independent labels such as 4AD and Warp, who value ingenuity and foster creativity. I’m looking forward to being able for provide a similar environment for artists within Damfino. 

Hi all, I am Lauchlan Bennett, and I am the A&R manger here at Damfino. I am super excited to work with all the different acts here at Damfino and see all of the amazing work we can produce over this next coming year. 

I mainly work as a self-managing artist as I am both the manager and frontman of my band, Call Connie. We have played various venues across the West of Scotland ranging from 100 capacity venues such as The 13th Note in Glasgow to 850 capacity venues like Venue38. In the past, I have also been a solo artist, recording and producing 2 EP’s ‘Honesty’ and ‘Can’t Buy Happiness’. 

 I have also worked as promoter organising gigs and events at Malones, Glasgow as well as various other venues across Glasgow and have booked and played with acts from various different genres. 

Some of my favourite artists are Fontaines D.C, Foals and The 1975. However, my music taste is quite varied as I am always open to listen to anything that I come across. 

Hello! I’m Evie, and I’m the lead for the Damfino production team. I always love a good show of any kind (even theatre), and I’m buzzing to help the team put on our own!

Our production team hail from various levels at the University and support the day to day running of Damfino events and audio production.

Our talent scouts represent each academic year, finding and supporting UWS talent to be platformed and noticed!

The UWS marketing team help with all our digital creative endeavors, including managing our socials, our online presence and branding.

Becci Wallace is a songwriter, Lecturer, creative practitioner and facilitator of SongSeeds Songwriting Retreats. She is a multi genre artist who utilises her skills within local communities as a facilitator and workshop curator. Becci is the School Rep for Damfino Records and as a DIY practitioner and mentor, her job is to get out of the way, and let the students do their thing.
